Review of residents in aged care (Adelaide and Sydney)

NPA is able to review individual residents in aged care facilities. Our service includes:

  • Review of resident's nutrition issues and dietary requirements
  • Development of a nutrition plan
  • Liaison with medical, nursing and food services staff
  • Written dietary guidelines

Electronic (SKYPE) review of residents in aged care

NPA is able to offer an electronic service for assessment and advice regarding your aged care residents via SkypeTM or teleconference. This service is invaluable when you are unable to access a dietitian to visit your facility in person. One of our experienced aged care dietitians will make an assessment of your residen't needs, discuss a plan of action with your staff and provide a written report with recommendations and a meal plan where relevant. We will require some documentation about the resident prior to the appointment (eg. medical history, weight history etc.)
